GABA - A NATURAL WAY TO REDUCE STRESS AND ANXIETY

You know when your mind is constantly full and overflowing with useless thoughts and worries, much like an overflowing bin? and you cannot concentrate on one thing at a time?

When you just cannot sleep, but you are exhausted, and stress is just taking over your life?

Yeah, well I do... and this one supplement saved my life 10 years ago.

One natural supplement can help your overthinking, stress and anxiety

Yes, there is one, and it is a game-changer.

Now anyone who knows me, KNOWS that I am not into Pharmaceuticals.  They have side effects, are addictive, and don’t actually work WITH your body.

Why are we looking at anxiety meds, sleeping pills and other drugs, when there is a natural alternative (well not only one), but one of the many natural ways we can feel better, and reduce our stress response.

So this something is GABA, which is a neurotransmitter (a fancy way of saying a signal transmitter in the brain)

It plays a key role in regulating brain activity..

Well hold my phone… this is what we are looking for right? Right!

It is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system, meaning it reduces signals in the brain that are over-firing and reduces the activity in the brain and central nervous system.

It is involved in regulating many important functions in the body such as mood, sleep, and anxiety.

GABA levels are highest during times of rest and low during times of stress.

Low GABA levels have been linked to anxiety and overthinking.

Supplementing with GABA has been shown to be an effective natural remedy for stress and anxiety.

And do you hear about this?

No you do not.

I was introduced to Gaba in about 2012 when I was very stressed at work and I could not function and was ready for a breakdown.

If I say GABA saved me, well it really did.

I went from my stress registering 62000 on a SCIO machine (normal is 10 000) to 6000 in 2 weeks, which was a little low, but it took me right out of fight or flight into peace and calm, without making me feel different like so many pharma drugs do.

You also do not need to take it continuously, but in times of excess stress and pressure, for a week or two, or even a month or two, depending on how long stress has been affecting you negatively

It helps your brain relax.

I like to think of GABA as a holiday for your brain.

Gaba for stress and anxiety is a holiday for your brain

How does GABA work?

GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter. This means that it reduces the activity of nerve cells in the brain.

This can have a calming effect on the mind and body. When GABA levels are low, nerve cells are more active which can lead to feelings of anxiety and overthinking. It is involved in a variety of functions, including motor control, vision, and anxiety.

"GABA levels can be affected by stress, diet, and certain medical conditions."

Supplementing with GABA helps to restore balance and reduce anxiety symptoms.
